Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and customer-oriented Bartender to join our team. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing excellent service to our guests by preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of mixology, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities: - Greet and interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner - Take drink orders from customers and provide recommendations based on their preferences - Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages - Adhere to all food safety and beverage handling procedures - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area - Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently - Monitor alcohol consumption of customers and enforce age restrictions - Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations Experience: - Previous experience as a Bartender or in a similar role preferred - Strong knowledge of mixology techniques and drink recipes - Familiarity with retail math, cash handling, and cash register operation - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Excellent time management skills to ensure timely service - Proficiency in using Point of Sale (POS) systems - Understanding of food safety regulations and practices - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail If you are passionate about providing exceptional customer service, have a strong knowledge of mixology, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you.
