POSITION OVERVIEW

dormakaba is hiring a Master Data Cleansing & Migration Manager to develop and implement a plan to support the company’s global, multi-year migration to SAP S/4 Hana, SAP MDG, Salesforce, SAP Ariba, etc. This role will be responsible for developing a roadmap and supporting ongoing operational activities from a Master Data (MD) cleansing & migration perspective.

This is a global role and will plan and orchestrate end-to-end master data cleansing & migration activities throughout the various phases of the transformation. The Master Data Cleansing & Migration Manager is pivotal in ensuring seamless and high-quality data transitions. They will conduct thorough analysis and profiling of existing master data to identify inconsistencies, inaccuracies, and redundancies and implement data quality checks and define standards for data cleansing.

**This is a remote position that must be based out Indianapolis, IN**

HIRING SALARY RANGE: $100,000 to $125,000 per year (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.) WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Develop, establish, and maintain a comprehensive data cleansing and migration strategy for achieving desired data quality levels and design and implement data cleansing processes and procedures to improve the quality and integrity of master data.
  • Lead and manage data cleansing activities, coordinating efforts across various teams and ensuring adherence to established standards
  • Develop detailed migration plans, considering data dependencies and business continuity
  • Organization: Define and implement a fit-for-purpose operating model for master data cleansing and migration activities that fosters collaboration and minimizes duplication among all stakeholders involved.
  • Create comprehensive documentation for data cleansing and migration processes, including standard operating procedures (SOPs) and best practices, generate regular progress reports and key performance indicators (KPIs) for stakeholders
  • Develop training programs for end-users and data stewards to ensure proper understanding and adoption of master data cleansing and migration processes.

WHAT WE REQUIRE

  • 5 years of professional experience in multinational corporations, dedicated to roles related to data cleansing and data migration projects as part of big ERP migration programs.
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science/another related field or relevant work experience.
  • Hands-on experience with: SAP ERP ECC and S/4 Hana, SAP MDG and Syniti ADM, or other data quality tools
  • Proven track record in developing and successfully delivering realistic data cleansing & migration concepts and solutions as part of ERP migrations.
  • Experience in understanding, developing, and enforcing data quality standards as part of the data cleansing journey.
  • Ability to effectively manage external vendors (System Integrator) and near- & offshoring environments.
