Our agency in Germantown, MD is hiring for a Bilingual English/ Spanish Speaking Insurance Customer
Service Representative to join our growing team!

Ideal candidate must be fluent in English and Spanish. If not already licensed, P&C license must be obtained within
30 days of hire date.

Qualifications for the Insurance Customer Service Representative:

• Candidate must be fluent in English and Spanish
• An active MD Property & Casualty license is strongly preferred/ must be obtained within 30 days of

start date

• Insurance experience and CSR experience is preferred
• Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
• Strong attention to detail
• Works well in a fast paced environment
• Very strong interpersonal communication skills

Responsibilities for the Insurance Customer Service Representative:

• Effectively manage incoming calls
• Identify and assess customers; needs to achieve satisfaction
• Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication
• Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
• Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and

follow-up to ensure resolution

• Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $30,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year

• Germantown, MD: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Preferred)
