We are looking for a Graphic Designer - Brand to join our Creative Services Development team in Foxboro, MA.

This is a hybrid position and will work in the Foxboro, MA office (Tues, Wed, Thur).

Your mission

The Graphic Designer - Brand will work with both internal resources and external partners on a wide variety of projects across multiple Brands at Dorel Juvenile, including but not limited to Safety 1st, Maxi Cosi, Monbebe, Tiny Love, Cosco Kids, and Disney Baby.

Key responsibilities

Your profile

• Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design/Commercial Art or equivalent experience
• 3 years of related experience
• High level of creativity, passion and integrity
• Keen understanding of the basic principles of branding
• Deep knowledge with Web design processes
• Experience designing e-commerce websites or advertising
• Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing
• Highly proficient in Illustrator, Photoshop, XD, InDesign, Acrobat, Word, Excel
• Strong presentation skills
• Organized and able to multi-task in a high-volume, ever-changing environment
• Ability to interpret branding assets and apply across multiple platforms, such as: packaging, environmental & digital
• Solid understanding of branding systems and style guides and toolkits
• Provide clear communication and ensure approval process protocols are adhered to
• Experience creating innovative design solutions for retail merchandising displays, ecommerce and digital platforms a plus
• Animation skills a plus
• Working well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
