```Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Paralegal to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong legal administrative skills, excellent project management abilities, and a keen eye for proofreading. As a Paralegal, you will provide support to our legal team by conducting research, drafting legal documents, and assisting with case management.

Duties:
- Conduct legal research and gather relevant information for cases
- Draft legal documents, such as contracts, pleadings, and briefs
- Assist attorneys in preparing for trials, hearings, and depositions
- Organize and maintain case files and documents
- Coordinate with clients, witnesses, and other parties involved in cases
- Manage calendars and deadlines for multiple cases
- Perform data entry tasks to update case information in electronic databases
- Assist with document review and discovery processes
- Ensure compliance with legal procedures and regulations
- Provide general administrative support to the legal team

Skills:
- Strong knowledge of legal administrative processes and procedures
- Excellent project management skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficient in proofreading legal documents for accuracy and clarity
- Familiarity with contract law and contract drafting
- Efficient data entry skills to maintain accurate case information
- Understanding of basic legal principles and terminology
- Experience working with iManage or other document management systems is a plus
- Strong administrative skills, including phone etiquette and clerical tasks
