Duties

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

• Coordinates with management for daily operational needs. Performs minor diagnostic or maintenance repairs of facilities as required.
• Leads and assists Park Attendants and Park Operations Aides in the performance of job duties.
• Operates register and computer software applications utilized for reservations, pass sales and other departmental activities.
• Assists in the development and implementation of ongoing staff training.
• Conducts attendance/revenue data collection. Provides revenue report and monies collected to Park Management for processing.
• Acts as a representative of the park and County, interacting and communicating with patrons to provide information about the park facilities including showing rental facilities as necessary.
• Works closely with park management for special park events to ensure facilities are set-up and cleared in a timely manner.
• Performs duties to assist and ensure compliance with park rules and regulations, which may include responding to citizen complaints, conflict resolution, and requesting assistance for violators of park rules and regulations.
• Responds to and takes appropriate action and care in emergency or unusual situations. Completes required reporting of all incidents and notifies proper authorities as necessary.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
