We are seeking a highly motivated and tech-savvy individual to join our team as an Application Developer Junior. As part of our team, you will have the opportunity to learn and grow your skills in in various development platforms. You will work closely with our application development teams to support the planning, execution, and optimization of our various applications.

• Gathering information from consumers about program functionality.
• Attending and contributing to company development meetings.
• Learning the codebase and improving your coding skills.
• Writing and maintaining code.
• Working on minor bug fixes.
• Assisting the Software Development Manager with all aspects of software design and coding.
• Monitoring the technical performance of internal systems.
• Responding to requests from the development team.

FORMAL EDUCATION REQUIREMENT:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, or a related field.

EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS REQUIRED:

• Basic understanding of coding languages like Java, HTML5, Python, and JavaScript
• Application development and/or programming experience is preferred.
• Problem solving abilities and strong troubleshooting skills to address issues within code or processes.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
• Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-motivated and eager to learn new technologies and tools.
