As a manufacturing student learner, you’ll embark on a journey of discovery, spending 20-30 hours a week during the summer exploring the depths of our manufacturing facility.

Guided by experienced mentors, you’ll delve into the fundamentals of a world-class global manufacturing facility, gaining critical knowledge of how we build the machines that shape our world.

Role & Responsibility

In this program, you’ll gain hands-on experience in a variety of exciting areas.

• Product Creation : Discover how ideas become reality. You’ll learn about different stages of product development, from design to final assembly.
• Hands-on Assembly : Get comfortable using various tools and equipment to build and assemble parts into functioning machines.
• Problem-Solving and Maintenance : Develop your problem-solving skills by helping to troubleshoot, maintain, and improve machinery.
• Safety First : We prioritize safety in everything we do. You’ll receive comprehensive training to work safely and effectively.
• This program provides a well-rounded introduction to the world of manufacturing, preparing you for a rewarding career path.

Job Requirement

• Completion of Junior Year of High School and at least 16 years old.
• Successful completion in a Career and Technical Education (CTE) program / courses related to manufacturing.
• Work a minimum of 120-160 hours this summer to gain valuable hands-on experience.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with others is essential.
• A commitment to safety and the willingness to learn and follow safety protocols is key.
• A passion for learning, a willingness to practice new skills, and a basic understanding of math are important for success.
