Summary: Work with Assemblies, Fabricate Extrusions, Build/Assemble DC Slide Packages. Fabricating & assembling products with various tools & machinery. Inspecting aluminum for various quality flaws.  

Primary Duties & Responsibilities include the following: 

1. Check shelf levels daily 
2. Work diligently to have materials prepped/ready to go 
3. Build Assemblies as needed to meet customer demand 
4. Use CNC & manual machines to fabricate extrusions 
5. Build crates for door packages, hollow metal door, TDA & special projects 
6. Transfer completed assemblies to the warehouse for stock 
7. Request DC One Kits for DC slide packages 
8. Fabricate DC4000 & DC7000 headers for orders & prep 
9. Verify & shelve materials daily 
10. Keep work area clean 
11. Maintain accurate inventory levels with physical counts 
12. Adjust inventory as needed with item journals & assembly BOMs 
13. Make sure that all orders go same day when possible. Customer service is our priority 
14. Participate in product development.
