Position: Morning Convenience Store Kitchen Staff
Reports to: Deli Manager/Store Manager
Hours: 3:00am-8:00am Monday-Friday
Position Summary:
C-store kitchen staff are responsible for preparing breakfast food, operate large-volume cooking equipment, such as grills, deep-fat fryers, griddles, or ovens. Prepare specialty foods, such as eggs, sausages, breakfast sandwiches, etc. Clean food preparation area, cooking surfaces and utensils. Cook and package batches of food, which are prepared to order or keep warm until sold. Verify that prepared food meets requirements for quality and quantity. Measure ingredients required for specific food items being prepared. Clean, stock, and restock workstations and display cases.
