Full or Part-Time Physical Plant Manager
Job Summary:
Regional law firm seeks an experienced individual to join our team in Exeter, NH as a Physical Plant Manager / Home Manager. This individual will serve an essential role helping perform routine non-janitorial maintenance on office locations. The ideal candidate will be proactive and have basic Handyman knowledge. This candidate will be skilled in a wide range of areas, but they will also be able to recognize when a repair is outside of their skill set and make a recommendation to their supervisor, hire a professional and supervise the work.
