Description:
Midwest-based Donohue & Associates, Inc., a preferred provider of water and wastewater engineering services, is seeking a resident construction project representative. The ideal candidate will have a minimum 5 years of construction site experience on municipal construction projects. The initial assignments will involve linear and facility water and wastewater treatment plant projects serving Central Illinois. Projects will involve construction supervision and coordination with office staff for review of submittals, RFIs, etc.
An employee-owned firm, Donohue & Associates, Inc. was established in 1997 and since then has expanded to 100 employees in 10 offices across the Upper Midwest. Donohue is ranked a Top 25 Wastewater Treatment Plant Design Firm by Engineering News Record. Donohue offers competitive wage and benefits package with a monthly profit-sharing plan.

Requirements
- Experience: 5 years of progressive construction observation, or related experience.
- Education: B.S. Engineering a plus
- Skills: Must have excellent communication, client, and organizational skills and be able to work in a team environment across multiple offices. Proficiency in MS Office and related software required.
