Donohoo Auto is looking for a Sales Coordinator for our Pelham, AL location. The Sales Coordinator serves as the first point of contact who welcomes visitors by phone and face to face. The Sales Coordinator will be able to operate in a fast-paced environment that answers a multi-line telephone system, route calls, data entry, and assist visitors and other departments in an efficient and professional manner.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Oversee visitors experience

Guarantees all check ins in accordance with the company’s policy

Coordinate with the sales team, filing important documents and communicating relevant information

Enters data into tracking system and runs reports as needed

Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness

Maintain confidentiality of customer and company information at all times

Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Good computer skills (MS Office)

Well-organized and responsible

Ability to problem solve

A team player with a high level of dedication and motivation

Desires a Full-Time position and available to work on Saturdays

Training Provided

High school or equivalent

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $19.00 per hour
