Duties:
- Greet customers and provide excellent customer service
- Listen to customer concerns and accurately transmit information to the service technicians
- Schedule appointments for tire services, shocks and struts, suspension repairs, inspections, oil changes, and alignments
- Provide estimates for services and communicate them to customers
- Assist with cash handling and processing payments
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and service history

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required
- Strong communication skills and ability to effectively convey information to customers and service technicians
- Knowledge of tire services, shocks and struts, suspension repairs, air brake inspections, oil changes, and alignments is a plus
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills

Pay: $56,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
