Role :

• Conduct ADHD Evaluations
• On-Going Patient Management

Requirements :

• PMHNP
• Board Certified
• Applicable Valid DEA / License
• Computer Proficiency
• Excellent Written and Verbal communication skills

Pay: $100.00 - $125.00 per hour
