Site Supervisor - Traveling Merchandiser

Who are we looking for? Reliable, detail oriented, hardworking, and honest individuals who want to find career where they can grow, belong, excel, and thrive! As a Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading the execution of our projects by supervising the team in the field, interacting with clients and serving as the primary on site contact for the office.

Typical Duties Include:

• Supervise a team of merchandisers and fixture installers ranging in size from 15-45 people
• Effectively communicate with project managers and client personnel to provide daily updates
• Ensure administrative tasks such as time keeping, hotel management and expense reporting are complete
• Welcome and train new hires
• Serve as a motivating force who can coach and guide team members through adversity
• Drive project forward and make sure all timelines are met

• 2 years’ experience leading a team
• 5 years’ experience working on new store setup or remodel projects
• The ability to read floorplans and measure spaces to lay out fixtures
• The desire and ability to travel! You will need personal, reliable transportation. Most projects will occur over night.
• Must have basic tools and the experience to use them
• The ability to get along with others and lead a team through delegating, coaching and training
• Be Reliable! As a leader you must have a track record of excellent attendance
• Capability to stand comfortably for long periods of time
• Strength to periodically lift up to 35 pounds
• Ability to pass national background check and random drug screenings
• A valid government issued ID
