Receptionist

Donati Brashear Law Firm is currently seeking a full-time receptionist to join our team. The potential candidate must possess 1 to 3 years of experience as a receptionist. Duties will include, but are not limited to the following:

• Answering and directing phone calls
• Handling all incoming leads from various sources
• Greeting clients
• Scheduling consultations
• Handling incoming and outgoing mail
• Creating new files and uploading documents to the Firm's databases
• Processing payments made by clients in the office
• Assist Attorneys and current staff with administrative functions

Experience:

• 1-3 years of receptionist experience

Skills:

• Highly proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Office 365/Outlook
