Our law firm is seeking an Intake Specialist!!

Responsibilities

• Answer phones and screen potential new clients
• Use established protocols to determine if the claim can be accepted
• Process all initial paperwork internally and submit to Social Security Administration
• Confirm appointments and hearings on paralegal and attorney calendars
• Send correspondence via text, email, fax, and mail
• Perform follow up tasks through each phase as required
• Track and report data
• Other duties as assigned

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
