We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse to join our team. works in a consultative capacity with agency staff as well as with qualified providers. The Registered Nurse Consultant will:

• Provide clinical guidance to staff
• Monitor the quality of documentation, records and other information concerning services and care
• Plan, organize, train and direct health services for the respite centers
• Provide leadership and guidance in developing and maintaining nursing standards and enhancing health care systems for the delivery of essential services)

To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills:

- Has attended/Completed DDS Nursing Orientation

- Licensed to practice in the State of Connecticut
- Experience working with electronic health record systems or similar software
- Excellent patient care skills, including administering medications and treatments
- Accurate monitoring and recording of vital signs
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with healthcare professionals and patients
