Position: Order Selector
Location: Sacramento, CA
Pay: $20 Picking Incentive
Shift: Monday-Friday: 5am - 1:30pm OT
RESPONSIBILITIES
This position is responsible for successfully moving beverage inventory through the facility. Selectors will utilize forklift equipment to select and build pallets of products based on the labels they are given while maintaining a high standard of efficiency and accuracy. This position will require the majority of time to be spent in a refrigerated warehouse.
- Select and itemize pallets of product according to company specifications
- Wrap, tag, and secure pallets properly
- Sustain the standard pick-rate as well as fill-rate while working safely in a fast-paced environment
- Load pallets in an accurate sequence into delivery trucks
- Clean warehouse, maintain temperature control and assist in upholding the highest level of standards possible
- Operating an Electric Pallet Jack
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- High Attention to detail
Desired Skills & Experience:
- Previous case pack selection experience
- Experience with voice-activated headset
- Previous experience working in a productivity standard environment
- High school diploma or GED
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 per hour
