Responsibilities
Client Interaction : Communicate with commercial clients, understanding their insurance requirements, and providing tailored solutions.
Policies and Claims : Process policies and handle claims efficiently and accurately.
Documentation : Maintain accurate records of client interactions, policy details, and claims.
Customer Support : Provide ongoing support to clients, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues promptly.
Requirement
Property & Casualty license
Customer Service Experience : Previous experience in customer service, preferably in an insurance or related industry.
Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication abilities to interact effectively with clients and colleagues.
Detail Orientation : Strong attention to detail and accuracy in managing policies, documentation, and client information.
