Role Summary

Seeking a motivated self-starter to install custom countertops, training included! This lead role provides the opportunity to apply our innovative no-lift installation technique as shown here:

Responsibilities

• Drive box truck to and from jobsite
• Communicate effectively with customer
• Place countertops in the correct position using the company's no lift process
• Caulk countertops and sinks appropriately
• Use hand tools (drills, grinders, polishers) as needed

Qualifications/Skills

Required

• Quick learner and able to following instructions
• Ability to lift 50-100 lb
• Must be able to work with a team
• Excellent communication
• Approachable and respectful to customers
• Ability to read a tape measure and perform basic mathematics
• Positive attitude and work ethic
• Punctual arriving to work and customer's homes
• Valid driver's license
• High school diploma
• Drug test and background check

Required Experience

• Experience prefered in fabrication or installation of countertops or related construction field
• Proficiency with standard hand tools

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $21.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 45 per week
