• Manage building maintenance
• Maintain the heating, ventilation, and air-conditioning equipment
• Electrical and plumbing maintenance and repairs
• Maintain electrical systems
• Respond to emergency calls for maintenance and repairs
• Complete administrative duties and report maintenance statuses to the Manager
• Respond to emergency calls for maintenance and repairs
• Other related duties may be assigned

• 
  3 years’ maintenance/construction experience required
• Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and mechanical systems (including relevant equipment and tools) is a plus
• May be required to work outside of normal business hours
• High School diploma and technical/trade skill certification a plus
• Ability to stand or walk for extended periods of time
• Ability to bend, kneel, stoop, and lift or move heavy equipment
• Must have a valid Driver’s License and an acceptable driving record
