Don Julio Group has 7 restaurants: Don Julio Mexican Kitchen and Tequila (3 in Orlando, 1 in Lake Mary), Pisco Express, Pisco Gastrobar, Hot Taco, and more to come that you will have to travel to each local daily.:
Are you an all-rounded expert in repairing things from the ceiling to the floor, from equipment to a/c, cooling and refrigeration, plumbing, and electricity? Do you know how to manage a budget and use the computer? Are you a nice person who likes people and provides great customer service?
We are looking for a self-motivated restaurant maintenance technician. Who can provide support for multiple restaurants? Your responsibilities include cooling and refrigeration (:HVACR):, performing building repair, troubleshooting problems with kitchen equipment, making adjustments to HVAC systems, repairing other equipment, fixing anything that would break, repairing walls, lights, etc.: Conduct daily inspections of the facility and respond to issues whenever the General Manager brings it to your attention. You also work with the restaurant’s owner to make orders for replacement parts or equipment.
Pay $1,500.00 a week with a performance bonus.:
Requirements:
- Must be an expert in cooling and refrigeration.
- Reliable transportation is a must.
- More than 5 years’ experience in maintenance.
- Available as needed and at short notice.
- Have the means to travel to each restaurant.
- The ability to communicate.
- Ordering parts and look for discounts.
- Able to follow up on orders.
- Able to provide reports of repairs, orders, and costs.
- Keep track of invoices and payments.
- Must keep the restaurant in tip-top shape.
- Bilingual (English and Spanish).
