Domus Management Company is Hiring an Office Technician for large HUD-PBV Apartment Community Near San Francisco, CA

We are currently looking for a full-time Office Technician to assist the Rental Manager at an established HUD Project-based-Voucher Affordable Housing Apartment Community in the Western Addition of San Francisco.

This position is the first point of contact for Residents, Applicants and Vendors. From answering phones and emails to scheduling appointments, collecting rent, posting notices, assisting with Annual Re-certifications, this position makes the day go by Fast!

  • HUD - Project Based Voucher compliance Experience
  • Tax Credit Compliance Experience
  • Experience with calculating and verifying income (re-certifications)
  • Ability to accept payments, enter work orders, distribute and accept applications
  • A friendly, outgoing personality with great attention to detail
  • Ability to excel in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment
  • Ability to interact with a variety of people & personality types
  • Desire to help others and a willingness to learn

Job Duties & Daily Responsibilities Include:

  • Assisting the Rental Manager with daily tasks
  • Providing exceptional customer service to Residents, Vendors, Applicants, etc.
  • Collecting and processing rental payments
  • Processing rental application's by company procedure
  • Entering work orders for necessary repairs
  • Completing Annual Tax Credit & HUD recertification's
  • Completing HUD Interim Recertifications
  • calculating & verifying income
  • Resident retention activities
  • Collaborating with maintenance staff and vendors
  • All other duties as assigned by the Supervisor

Compensation Includes:

  • 40 hours per week total. Schedule is: Monday - Friday 8 am – 5 pm
  • Hourly Pay Rate = based on affordable experience and property budget between $23 -$25 per hour
