What You’ll Do

• Deliver Talk of the Town Guest Service
• Drive sales through technical expertise, fast-paced momentum, and innovative merchandising
• Collaborate with the Pantry Team to provide world-class conditions and presentations
• Successfully train and continuously develop expertise in the Pantry department
• Ensure accurate daily in-stock and in-code of all products, shelf rotation, and temperature checks
• Assist with duties across the Pantry department including breaking down deliveries, stocking product, building displays, and tag accuracy
• Ensure high standards of Food Safety and Sanitation through regular cleaning, maintenance, and organization of the Pantry area and backrooms
• Identify trends for guest needs and expectations and collaborate with the Pantry team to deliver value and accelerate growth

Qualifications

• Grocery experience in a retail, hospitality, or logistics environment is preferred
• Excellent communication, organizational, problem analysis, and planning skills
• Ability to maintain composure, meet deadlines, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Available to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Work Authorization in the United States is required.

Physical Demands and Work Environment

• Must be able to perform the following physical activities regularly: walking, standing, kneeling, climbing, balancing, stooping, pushing, pulling, lifting, grasping, and repetitive motions (Walking/Standing 90% and Sitting 10% of the day)
• Frequent movement within the store to access various departments, areas, and/or products
• Physically able to exert up to 50 pounds of force often and exert up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects
• Exposure to cleaning chemicals and extreme temperatures – walk-in coolers and freezers
• Operating equipment (baler, compactor, power jack, six-wheeler, box cutter, ovens, knives, slicers)
