We are seeking more Assistant Managers to join our team! You will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the activities of the team in the store you are assigned too. • Supervise team of drivers and inisiders.
• Adjust daily schedule for shift personnel to ensure optimal efficiency.
• Train and evaluate team members.
• Track monthly results and trends for business forecasting.
• Resolve escalated customer complaints.
• Support operations by preparing product, taking orders, and making deliveries.
• Inventory, cash, and labor management.
• Staffing.
• Must be driver eligible (2 years of license history with valid vehicle insurance with your name on the policy).

• Previous experience in retail, restaurant, customer service, and other related fields.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to multitask.
• Excellent written and communication skills.
• Strong leadership qualities and charismatic.
