The Domino's Supply Chain Center in Kent, WA is looking for a Warehouse Supervisor to lead the 3rd shift warehouse operations.

Compensation: $73,000 to $83,000 base salary bonus

Schedule: Sunday - Thursday, 4 pm - 12:30 am (Flexibility needed based on business needs.)

The Warehouse Supervisor will assist thewarehouse manager with the supervision and coordination of all aspects of warehouse operations including the following:

Leadership:

• Recruit and interview new team members
• Attend and participate in annual Leadership & Development training sessions
• Assign job tasks according to shipping schedules
• Coordinate team member tasks and responsibilities to receive, store, and load food products and support goods in accordance with established company standards and procedures and within budgeted guidelines while controlling cost
• Ensure a safe and positive work environment in compliance with OSHA, company standards, local, state, and federal requirements
• Maintain positive customer relationships

Reporting:

• Assist in compiling daily key indicators
• Accurately complete all necessary paperwork

Warehouse Inventory Planning:

• Maintain inventory control through effective warehouse methods
• Create weekly loading schedule for receiving, warehouse, and ICL departments.

Warehouse Operations:

• Make recommendations on operational procedures for verification of incoming and outgoing shipments, handling and disposition of materials, and keeping warehouse inventory current
• Assist manager with being always audit and 5s ready
