JOB REQUIREMENTS AND DUTIES

• Must be 18 years of age and or older.
• Bilingual
• All levels of experience
• Excellent communication skills
• Operate all equipment.
• Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, and walk-in cooler.
• Prepare products.
• Answer and process telephone orders.
• Clean equipment and facility daily. TRAINING
• Clean and maintain organization in all work areas.
• Orientation and training provided on the job.
• We will teach you to make the BEST pizzas!

Responsibilities:

• Assist the store manager in overseeing daily operations and ensuring smooth functioning of the store
• Provide exceptional customer service and address customer inquiries and concerns
• Supervise and train store staff to maintain high standards of performance and productivity
• Manage inventory levels and ensure proper stock rotation
• Assist in visual merchandising and maintaining store appearance
• Collaborate with the store manager to develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets
• Handle cash management, including opening and closing registers, and preparing daily cash reports
• Assist in scheduling staff shifts and managing employee attendance

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a retail or hospitality management role is (preferred)
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of catering, food production, bartending, banquet, coffee, or hotel industry is a plus
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Proficient in using computer systems and point-of-sale software
• Flexible availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
