• Training new employees. Implementation of training practices.

General Job Duties involve :

• Operation of all equipment
• Stock and rotate ingredients from delivery to storage / work area / walk-in cooler
• Prepare products
• Receive and process telephone and internet orders
• Clean equipment and facility
• General Physical demands involve the ability to stand, walk, sit, lift, carry, push, climb ladders / stairs, stoop / bend, crouch / squat, reach, grasp with hands to use machines-tools-equipment-work aids, and tolerate exposure to varying temperatures / conditions inside and outside.
