In This Role You Will

Research and identify potential advertising partners, including local businesses, brands, and agencies.
Assist in developing customized advertising packages and proposals tailored to the needs of potential clients.
Reach out to prospective clients via email and phone calls to pitch advertising opportunities.

Maintain accurate records of client communications, proposals, and contracts using CRM software.

Monitor and analyze advertising campaign performance metrics to provide insights and recommendations for optimization.

Assist in coordinating the production and placement of advertisements in the magazine.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging advertising platforms to identify new business opportunities.

Additional Marketing Responsibilities

Conduct market research to identify potential target markets, industry trends, and competitor activities.
Assist in developing marketing materials, presentations, and sales collateral to support business development efforts.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute targeted marketing campaigns to attract real estate investors.
Support the coordination of marketing events, including seminars, webinars, and networking opportunities.
Assist in managing the company's social media presence, including content creation and engagement strategies.
Provide administrative support to the marketing team, including data entry, organizing files, and maintaining marketing databases.
