Responsible for all accounting functions including payroll, accounts payable/receivable, financial statements, journal entries, tax preparation and bank reconciliation. Other responsibilities include using the ERP system to create purchase orders, order acknowledgements, sales orders, and production orders. Onboard new employees and maintain HR records for each along with providing general help with health insurance or 401k questions. Directing employees to the appropriate contact for further help or information if needed.
