Dominion Diagnostics is now hiring a Full Time Senior Field Laboratory Representative for the Phoenix, Arizona territory.

The Senior FLR will report directly to the Field Operations Manager and will assist in overseeing the supervision of the collectors, perform site visits on a rotating basis, provide on-site training and re-training, support the Field Manager with on-boarding new collectors and serve as a floating support to obtain specimens when necessary to ensure coverage.

In addition to the annual salary, you will receive full gas reimbursement as well as an auto allowance of $9,000/year.

REQUIRED:

High School Diploma or Equivalent

1 years of management experience

Must be available to travel within the Arizona territory on a daily basis with short notice
High level or reliability, dedication and initiative
Must have good interpersonal skills to work well with clients, coworkers, and patients.
Good writing, verbal skills and computer skills
Scheduling flexibility and dependability
Valid Driver’s License

Reliable transportation
Strong work ethic and commitment to completing assigned tasks.

PREFERRED:

Urinalysis collection experience

3 years or more of phlebotomy experience

* Physical activities include frequent walking, sitting, bending, lifting, stooping, kneeling, reaching, twisting and squatting.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $38,000.00 - $40,000.00 per year
