Job Description:
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers with a warm and friendly demeanor.
- Take orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, desserts, and snacks.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the serving and dining areas.
- Handle cash transactions and maintain a balanced cash register.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in customer service is preferred.
- Pleasant and outgoing personality with a passion for providing excellent customer care.
- Basic kitchen skills and familiarity with food handling procedures.
- Neat and professional appearance with a positive attitude.
