Description : The Inventory & Wine Pick-Up Lead will be responsible for leading the guest-facing Wine Pick-Up team and managing all physical inventory.

The Wine Pick-Up team executes onsite order fulfillment, meets guest expectations, and completes internal requests for wine.

Additionally, they will support the physical movement of goods by coordinating intercompany logistics and maintain receiving practices.

The Inventory & Wine Pick-Up Lead will commit to continuously evaluate, innovate, and upgrade business processes to maximize efficiency.

Roles and Responsibilities :

Leadership

• Manage performance and lead Wine Pick-Up team (3-4 Direct Reports), with an emphasis on People first, mission always
• Lead problem solving initiatives and propose and execute process improvement
• Assist in the hiring and training of team members, including seasonal staff and interns
• Create and maintain a member focused environment

Shipping, Order Fulfillment, and Will Call

Manage the Wine Pick-Up Team, whose responsibilities include :

o Coordinating pick-up of orders

o Handling in-house shipping of wine, merchandise

o Staging wine for daily service, events, and pick-ups

o Ensuring areas remain organized and clean; reorganizing regularly for peak efficiency

Inventory & Logistics

• Own weekly transfers of wine into Clubhouse, accurate intake of SKUs & quantities
• Innovate a par-level inventory system and ensure inventory levels are accurate in coordination with Fulfillment Manager
• Lead monthly inventory counts and perform cycle counts
• Manage incoming sample requests for events, internal teams, and media with the Inventory Manager
• Effectively communicate and maintain positive relationships with internal and external partners
• Coordinate with locations to ensure prompt and accurate delivery of inventory movements

Requirements and Qualifications :

• Bachelor’s Degree with business or management focus preferred but not required
• Flexible schedule that can include weekends, holidays, and evening shifts
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects and delegate tasks.
• Strong interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels of an organization
• Communicate effectively using open, professional dialogue and solution focused communication
• Demonstrated ability to research and resolve problems
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
• Demonstrated knowledge of MS Office, with strong emphasis on Excel
• Able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
