Description : The Inventory & Wine Pick-Up Lead will be responsible for leading the guest-facing Wine Pick-Up team and managing all physical inventory.
The Wine Pick-Up team executes onsite order fulfillment, meets guest expectations, and completes internal requests for wine.
Additionally, they will support the physical movement of goods by coordinating intercompany logistics and maintain receiving practices.
The Inventory & Wine Pick-Up Lead will commit to continuously evaluate, innovate, and upgrade business processes to maximize efficiency.

Leadership
Shipping, Order Fulfillment, and Will Call
Manage the Wine Pick-Up Team, whose responsibilities include :
o Coordinating pick-up of orders
o Handling in-house shipping of wine, merchandise
o Staging wine for daily service, events, and pick-ups
o Ensuring areas remain organized and clean; reorganizing regularly for peak efficiency
