Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, mocktails, beers, wines, and spirits, according to guest preferences and company standards.
Stay informed about the latest trends in mixology, bar equipment, and sanitation practices to maintain a high-quality bar experience.
Engage guests in casual conversation, offering friendly and knowledgeable service while building rapport and creating a welcoming atmosphere.
Maintain the cleanliness and attractiveness of the bar areas including restocking supplies, cleaning equipment, and sanitizing surfaces. (we have 3 pools-you can expect to be rotated in between the three different pool bars)
Adhere to state and local serving guidelines, ensuring responsible alcohol service and compliance with legal regulations.
Collaborate with other team members to provide efficient and seamless service during busy periods.
Demonstrate creativity and innovation in developing signature cocktails and enhancing the overall bar menu.
Qualifications
Previous bartending experience in a fast-paced hospitality environment is preferred.
Strong knowledge of mixology techniques, beverage ingredients, and cocktail recipes.
Familiarity with bar equipment and sanitation standards to ensure a safe and hygienic working environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage guests and provide personalized recommendations.
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Understanding of state and local alcohol regulations and a commitment to responsible alcohol service.
Ability to work in outdoor environments.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed during peak periods.
The hourly rate is $16 tips and is based on applicable and specialized experience and location.
