Dollar Tree is Hiring a 141_PARTS_CL Near Warrensburg, MO
Dollar Tree has an opening for Parts Clerk on our 1st shift team, supporting Maintenance and Operations. Some duties include:
- Purchasing and inventory control for the Maintenance Dept and Operations.
- Familiar with invoicing, ordering, and receiving parts.
- Responsible for maintaining parts cage.
- Create work orders, code invoices, reconcile payments with Corporate Accounts Payable.
- Run reports on status of received items, speak to variances, perform accruals.
- Create work orders to justify the ordering and spend for various parts.
- Sourcing parts that may be difficult to find.
- Back-up to General Manager Assistant
- Intermediate to Advanced proficiency with Excel and other systems
- Analytical with good research, problem solving, and organizational skills
- Prior experience in purchasing/inventory environment preferred.
