DUTIES AND RESPONSIBLITIES

  • Provide friendly, courteous customer service.
  • Greet customers as they enter Dollar Loan Center with a smile and upbeat attitude.
  • Inform potential customers of the benefits of Dollar Loan Center!
  • Serve as an opener & closer of assigned store location.
  • Cover management duties if supervisor is not present.
  • Travel to cover other locations as needed.
  • Verify information on customer applications for completeness and accuracy.
  • Process loan applications in a time manner.
  • Inform existing customers of all the exciting new and existing benefits Dollar Loan Center has to offer.
  • Create positive relationships with customers to ensure customer retention.
  • Partner with surrounding businesses to gain referrals.
  • Ability to handle multiple customers' needs during peak times throughout the day.
  • Able to count money and make change.
  • Ability to answer questions about customer accounts.
  • Maintain a safe, and clean office environment for customers and coworkers.

QUALIFICATIONS :

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Computer literate.
  • Excellent Communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Positive Attitude
  • Strong work ethic
  • Willingness to learn
  • Reliable Transportation
  • Satisfactorily pass a background check
  • Familiar with basic office equipment
  • Spanish / English bilingual is a plus, but not necessary.
