Position Overview

As a Business Experience Planning & Administrative Specialist, within PNC's Enterprise Fraud organization, you will be based in Pittsburgh, PA, Cleveland, OH, Birmingham, AL, Phoenix, AZ or Dallas, TX. The position is primarily based in a PNC location. Responsibilities require time in the office or in the field on a regular basis. Some responsibilities may be performed remotely, at the manager's discretion.
•Serves as the business relationship link between business units and all risk-related items and other performance-related functions for the organization.

•Provides valued strategic level support and guidance through fraud initiatives. Communicate decisions, priorities, and relevant project information to appropriate levels of staff regarding business unit requests, projects, and initiatives. Proactively coordinate knowledge of technology risks and opportunities to build competitive advantage and improve efficiency and effectiveness of business units.

•Proactively serves as a "trusted advisor," and is a business office point of contact to business line leaders and managers. They focus on strategic initiatives and planning activities for their business area. They strive to understand business challenges, including priorities and issues.

•Analyzes line of business performance includes comparing intended outcomes with actual outcomes, evaluating quality controls to see how effective they are and identifying errors in a system.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
•Strategic partner with in the Enterprise Fraud Business Group
•Perform business analysis and prepare recommendations and business plans as needed
•Provide relevant information and so that management can provide recommendations
•Partner with key staff members to assist with strategic business plans
•Possess strong analytical skills
•Collaborate with the team
•Assists with Annual Plan & Budget Management
•Create & document processes, including workflows

Job Description
  • Provides support and assistance for implementation and/or administrative efforts for line of business initiatives. Demonstrates commitment to quality by delivering the CARES model to customers and/or internal partners.
  • Identifies more complex problems and provides advice and resolution in support of line of business initiatives.
  • Partners with other departments or other functional areas in support of line of business initiatives.
  • Independently provides data collection, research and reporting for assigned line of business initiatives.
  • Recommends and delivers best practices and learning plans that meet business objectives.

Work Experience
Roles at this level typically require a university / college degree, with 2 years of relevant professional experience. In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job specific certification(s), and experience (including military service) may be considered.
