Our purpose is to provide superior quality non-banking financial services to the Hispanic population in the United States. We have an extensive product line to include Check Cashing, Money Transfers, Bill Payments, Currency Exchange, Phone Cards, Pre-Paid Visa Debit Cards, International Mobile Recharge, Lottery Tickets and Money Orders as well as exploring several other venues.

It must be when you as a brand ambassador for a dynamic Hispanic financial services company. As we continue to grow and change, as we add new products and locations, bring your passion for sales and service to the Hispanic community and your desire to connect will be essential to fuel our growth. • Builds rapport with existing and potential customer base to encourage customers to use our products and services.
• Advises customers about rates while gathering key information to find solutions for our customers.
• Works with highly confidential information such as customer financial records.
• Maintains current procedural knowledge for compliance guideline standard.
• Other tasks as assigned by management.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Authorization to work in the US.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Strong verbal & written communication skills for constant interaction with prospective customers via in person approach, or by telephone.
• Knowledge of customer service concepts and practices.
• Ability to analyze customer needs & make recommendations.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of customer information.
• Must speak Spanish fluently.

CONDITIONS:

• Working Conditions/Schedule:
• Open sales floor or a supermarket customer service booth.
• Office Environment.
• Flexible schedules between 9:00 AM - 8:00 PM Monday - Sunday.

Salary Average- $15.50- $17

RELATIONSHIP:

Reports directly to the Branch Supervisor
