Qualifications:
- Excellent customer service skills
- Proficiency in training and mentorship
- Ability to lead, mentor and develop your team through compassion and empathy

- Attention to detail
- Food Handler Certification (MUST obtain within 30 days of start).
- Ability to follow recipes.
- Ability to read and understand cooking measurements.
- Ability to run a clean shop and maintain a culture of cleanliness and health code compliance
- Adherence to high quality and consistent standards
- Ability to multi-task with ease
- Proficiency with financials
- Management of labor utilization and inventory
- Great communication skills
- Open to criticism and constantly striving to improve
- Possess Fine motor dexterity.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Retail/food management experience is highly desired
- Team-building, mentorship, and management of employees
- Lead and direct the activities of the cafe
- Create an exceptional food and beverage experience
- Schedule labor
- Maintain standards of operations, customer service, and cleanliness
- Support brand and marketing initiatives within the shop
- Attend regular meetings with the Regional Manager and training staff
- Conduct regular performance reviews with staff
- Be a Brand Ambassador
- $55-70k/ year salary depending on experience and qualifications
