Dolce Salon is Hiring a Salon Receptionist Near Austin, TX
WE’RE HIRING!
We are looking for a part-time Salon Receptionist who has a minimum of 2 years experience in customer service.

Dolce Salon is a luxury, full-service hair salon and spa who is passionately unified as a community and committed everyday to lead each customer to their total beauty with positive healing and caring energy. Dolce is a 5-star Westlake Salon that has been in business for 14 years. Dolce invests over $20,000 per year in marketing and advertising and averages over 100 new clients per month.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Present a professional appearance.
Operate our phone line, Gmail, Yelp, and Facebook to answer incoming telephone calls and messages. Schedule appointments and answer questions about our business and provide callers with address, directions, and other information.
Maintain salon cleanliness by doing laundry, cleaning the various rooms throughout the salon, and making sure the front retail space and reception area is clean and organized.
Take before and after pictures of clients’ hair and coordinate details for social media posts with our marketing manager.
Open and close the salon with high integrity.
Other duties may be assigned as necessary.

REQUIREMENTS
Two (2) or more years of experience in customer service
Must have computer experience
Available to work Tuesday - Saturday from 9:30am - 2:00pm
Passionate about hospitality and customer service
Excellent communication skills
Must be reliable and have a track record of being on time
Loyal, honest, and genuine in the work that you do
Willingness to work as part of a team
