Job Overview:
We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented Server to join our team. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing excellent guest service, taking food and drink orders, and delivering orders to customers in a timely manner. Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and welcoming manner
- Take food and drink orders accurately and promptly
- Deliver orders to tables in a timely manner
- Provide exceptional customer service and address any customer concerns or inquiries
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure accurate order preparation
- Clear tables and reset them for the next guests
- Sanitize tables, chairs, menus, and other dining area surfaces regularly
- Assist with bussing tables during peak hours
- Handle cash transactions accurately using the cash register
- Maintain knowledge of menu items, specials, and promotions
- Utilize Clover or similar reservation systems to manage guest seating

Requirements:
- Previous experience in a restaurant or food service setting is preferred but not required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong time management skills to ensure efficient service
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and calculating bills
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
