Job Title: Front Desk Agent
Job Pay Range: $17.00 per hour
Job Summary:

What you will be doing:
  • Comprehension of all Front Desk operations.
  • Effectively resolves problems for guests.
  • Continuously maintains five star standards while offering above and beyond service for our guest.
  • Constant awareness of all facilities, services and hours of operation.
  • Responsible for thorough guest registration and efficient check out.
  • Responsible for receiving forms of payment and accurately posting to guest accounts.
  • Posts charges accurately.
  • Balances his/her bank accurately and follow company policies regarding check acceptance.
  • Maintains his/her station and keeps desk organized and stocked at all times.
  • Passes on all information and charges to upcoming shifts.
  • Ensures completion of daily agent jobs.
  • Willingness to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Uphold and abide by all Broadmoor policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
  • Other duties as assigned.

What we are looking for:
  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED); prior guest services or administrative experience helpful; equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.
  • The employee is occasionally required to lift/pull/push up to 50 pounds with assistance.

  • Strong interpersonal communication skills
