Responsibilities:

You should have a segmented understanding of the market – both customers (device OEMs) and end-users (consumers). Within that segmented view, you’ll collaborate with product managers to identify current and future needs and pain-points that can be addressed by Dolby. Staying abreast of developments in the industry and deriving insights that are relevant for the Home Devices business will be key for this role. You should be proficient in developing, articulating, and refining a set of core value propositions for OEM customers, end-users and other partners for Dolby. And then you’ll adapt these core value propositions to specific audiences. You will advance and position our offerings in the market with respect to each other and with respect to that from others, performing detailed competitive analysis. Developing and implementing Go-to-Market (GTM) strategies will be essential for this position. This involves identifying the right sequencing of activities and helping the broader organization understand and execute the GTM strategy. It will be important for you to identify and drive creation of the tools needed to enable the Sales team, including marketing collateral and demos, while personally supporting key sales efforts. You will also pinpoint needs and set objectives for Marketing activities which are relevant to the Dolby Vision Home Devices business.

Requirements:

Your achievements of having taken multiple products to market, coupled with your deep knowledge & comprehensive expertise in the video and the Home Devices industry, will make you an ideal match for this role. You should also have the aptitude to handle complexity and simplify it for others.

The San Francisco/Bay Area base salary range for this full-time position is $201,800 - $246,500, which can vary if outside this location,plus bonus, benefits, and some roles may also include equity. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, competencies, experience, market demands, internal parity, and relevant education or training.
