Position Overview:
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Lead Bartender to join our team at Dokkaebier Brewery. The Lead Bartender will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our customers receive outstanding service while enjoying our unique selection of craft beers. The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of craft beer, excellent leadership skills, and a genuine enthusiasm for providing exceptional hospitality. This role will spend a few weeks in training and fully take over the bar in Mid May.

Responsibilities:

• Bartending Excellence:
• Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with patrons, taking orders, and delivering drinks in a timely manner.
• Demonstrate expert knowledge of Dokkaebier Brewery's beer offerings, including flavor profiles, and ingredients.
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including restocking supplies, cleaning glassware, and sanitizing surfaces.
• Leadership and Training:
• Lead by example and motivate team members to deliver top-notch service to our customers.
• Provide training and guidance to new bartenders, ensuring they understand Dokkaebier Brewery's beer offerings, service protocols, and safety procedures.
• Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting teamwork and open communication among staff members.
• Lead pre-shift meetings to communicate daily specials, promotions, and any relevant updates to the team.
• Manage schedules and issues related to the bar
• Customer Engagement:
• Build rapport with customers, offering recommendations, answering questions, and providing insights into Dokkaebier Brewery's beers and brewing techniques.
• Actively promote brewery events, beer releases, and special promotions to drive customer engagement and sales.
• Solicit feedback from customers to continuously improve service standards and enhance the overall guest experience.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience working as a bartender in a craft brewery or similar establishment.
• Extensive knowledge of craft beer styles, brewing techniques, and industry trends.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• TIPS or similar certification in responsible alcohol service preferred.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Pay: $17.00 - $21.00 per hour
