Are you ready to start your career in the manufacturing industry? Doherty Staffing Solutions is partnering with a leading manufacturer located in Wahpeton, ND.
We are seeking candidates for Wood Production Specialists on the 1st shift. The hours for this shift are 6 : 00 am - 4 : 30 pm, Monday through Thursday, and 6 : 00 am - 10 : 00 am on Friday with the opportunity for overtime.
Compensation for these contract roles starts at $17.00-$18.00 per hour with performance rate increases. Interested? Read below for more information!
What a Wood Production Specialist will do :
- Inspect products for defects
- Prepare product for finish operation
- Fill in, sand, and buff out blemishes
- Conduct inspections to ensure quality standards
- Count and utilize a tape measure
What you need to be a Wood Production Specialist :
- Manual and finger dexterity
- 6 months of related experience or experience in a manufacturing environment
- Ability to perform repetitive work requiring concentration
