Cloud, MN. We are seeking candidates for Production Welder roles on the 2nd shift (must be able to train on 1st and / or 2nd shift during initial 2-3 month training period).

What a Production Welder will do :

• Effectively and safely complete daily activities in the weld shop
• Perform work allocated to production standards
• Work from process sheets and blueprints
• Work within close tolerance and maintain high quality welds
• Troubleshoot and problem solve weld issues

What you need to become a Production Welder :

• Welding Diploma from Technical College or 2 years of welding experience
• Thorough knowledge of all types of wire feed or MIG welding procedures
• Experience working with blueprints
• Ability to work with minimum supervision
