We are seeking candidates for Process Operator roles. Compensation for this direct-hire opportunity is $18.00-$24.00 per hour, depending on skills and experience.

Interested? Read below for more information! What you will do as a Process Operator :

• Ensure that process is operated in a safe, timely and cost-effective manner
• Communicate regularly with all operators, both individually and as a group to ensure consistent operation among the shifts
• Maintain and update operating procedures and training manuals for process operations
• Work with plant DCS & PLC control systems
• Work with milling, conveying, and fermentation processing equipment
• Communicate directly with QA lab to ensure effective participation in the implementation of QA policies and procedures for the plant processing equipment
• Sample and test process streams as required by the QA program and procedures

What you need to be a Process Operator :

• 2-year degree from a Technical / Vocational school; or 3 years of related work experience
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office products such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Ability to work effectively with computerized maintenance management system
• Effective oral and written communication skills
• Excellent time management skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodations
