What a Production Operator will do :
- Loading and unloading foam products into oven
- Working in a warm environment
- Quality checking products
What you need to be a Production Operator :
- High School diploma or GED preferred
- Ability to read prints, work orders and a tape measure
- Problem solving skills
- Self motivated with strong communication skills
- Good attendance record
- Manufacturing experience preferred, specifically with equipment
